The sparkle!

I coated the inside of the molds with mica powder and suspended large mica flakes in the resin.  This is the result!  He's fairly durable, but the coating does come off if you really scrub at him with either acetone or windsor newton brush cleaner.  I'd assume that over time finger oils would do the same if you handled him a lot.  

The molds blew after these guys.  I made three.  I need to A) Do this only when the molds are new.  B) Get Mold Max 40 instead of 30 so the molds are tougher- or actually invest in some platinum cure for once.
